When does the Motel open?
The Motel opens on 7/08/2024 at 2pm.

Until which day is the Motel open?
Until 11/08/2024 at 11am.

Can I make a reservation directly at Motel Sudoeste?
Yes. You can make your reservation at the Motel reception, at any time, for one or more nights.

What time can I check in?
As from 4pm.

Until what time is check-out?
Until 11am.

What are the reception open hours?
Reception is open 24 hours a day.

How do I check in?
Just go to the Motel entrance and speak to our reception team.

Is there security at the Motel?
Yes.

Who can enter the Motel?
Only people with a reservation can enter the Motel.

Can I get in and out of the festival site if I need to go to Motel Sudoeste?
Yes. If you have a reservation at Motel Sudoeste and a daily or general festival pass, you can enter and leave the festival to go to the tent.

Is the festival ticket included in the Motel stay?
No. The festival ticket must be purchased separately.

What equipment is included in the tents?
The equipment in the tents is described on the booking website.

Are shower towels included in the reservation?
You can include shower towels in your booking. Just add the number of towels you need on the website.

Are there toilets exclusive to the Motel?
Yes. Only people with a reservation can use the toilets inside the Motel.

What's inside Motel Sudoeste?
Inside the space there is: reception, private parking lot, showers, toilets, plunge pool, charging area for electronic devices, Beauty Land (area with mirrors and hairdryers) and the tents.

Is there a maximum number of people inside the pools?
Yes. The maximum number of people per pool is 8.

Who can use the pool?
Only people with a reservation at Motel Sudoeste can use the pool. To do so, just follow the instructions of our staff.

Can I cook in the Motel?
No. The festival and civil protection safety rules and guidelines do not allow the use of fires or stoves. You have to use the festival's own designated areas.

Is there wi-fi/internet at the Motel?
No.

Can I choose the location of my tent?
No. Tents are allocated randomly.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are possible up to 28 days before check-in date. All returns will be reduced by 2.5% + 15€ for processing and payment fees.
The following cancellation deadlines apply:
- For cancellations made more than 28 days before check-in date, 100% of the invoiced amount (less processing and payment processing fees) will be refunded if it has already been received on our account.
- For cancellations made less than 28 days, inclusive, before check-in date, there is no refund possibility.
- All refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days.
