After a season full of music and magic, in 2025 we'll be at the Festival do Contrabando in Alcoutim! Sun, culture, art and, of course, a DOMO glamping tent are the ideal setting for a festival with all the comfort you deserve.
Festival do Contrabando is more than a festival, it's the coming together and fusion of a tribute to an activity that has been important to the people of the border throughout history, with arts and culture. The border landscape that challenged the fearless in the passage of goods is now the stage for various cultural projects that take the dreams and ambitions of the people and their visitors inland, bringing a cultural offer to Vila Raiana that defies all existing constraints. The region of Alcoutim and Sanlúcar de Guadiana was one of the ideal settings for smuggling activities. It is often said that “as long as there are borders, there is smuggling” and Alcoutim and Sanlúcar de Guadiana are right on the southern border line, with the river Guadiana separating them (...or uniting them).
As always, we are building a special place for you in our DOMO CAMP where you can enjoy our tents from the very first minute, so that this will be the perfect starting point for many unforgettable moments.
You can expect our "Glamping Village" built with maximum comfort, as usual. "Real" beds with appropriate mattresses and bedding, lamps, fan, cooler and all the equipment with which we decorate our tents.
In our camp you will have access to our sanitary facilities, 24 hour security and our lovely reception staff, who will guarantee the perfect setting for the fun you so richly deserve.
We have several accommodation options for you, so you can adapt your stay to the size of your group and budget and we will be open from the 03.04 so you can enjoy the festival from the start. Please note that, in addition to the reserved tents, you will also need to purchase a ticket for the crossing, as the entry to the festival is free.

THE ASGARD
The “ASGARD” tent is a classic at any festival.
Made from a blend of canvas and cotton, it's a
smaller alternative, providing a more intimate
atmosphere. Our “ASGARD” have an area of 12.6 m2 and a
height of 2 m, they are the ideal option for
couples, or 2 friends with guaranteed comfort
and a cosy experience. In it’s bigger 16 m2 version can be equipped for groups of 3 or 4 persons, making it perfect for
your festival crew base.
COMFORT EQUIPMENT
All our tents are equipped with our comfort inventory:
Comfortable single beds (80 x 200cm) with proper mattress
Bedding (pillows, blankets, covers and sheets)
Bedside table
Battery lamp - Fatboy "The Edison"

THE CAMP
We have built more than 120 camps in events all over Europe and this one will not disappoint you for sure. You can expect our "Glamping Village" built with maximum comfort, as usual. Sanitation facilities, 24 hour security and our lovely reception team will ensure that you get the fun that you deserve. We will be open from 03.04 for those who can't miss a minute of the festival. Please note that, in addition to the reserved tents, you will also need to purchase a ticket for the crossing, as entry to the festival is free.
