WHY YOU SHOULD GO
Viehbrook Farm is a cultural, educational and adventure centre, as well as a registered cultural monument of the state of Schleswig-Holstein.
Various farm animals, some of which are threatened with extinction, live on the farm. Different types of sheep, goats, pigs, cattle, donkeys and horses are at home here.
There is also a lot to discover on the farm with its centuries-old history. Among the historic buildings are a bakehouse and the almost 150-year-old forge. The DOMO CAMP is located on the grounds of the farm and offers you a cosy retreat from which you can start your explorations of the grounds and the many excursion destinations in the region well rested.

ACCOMMODATION
THE DOMO
The DOMO is the palace among the glamping tents with a proud 24m² floor area. It is the ideal option for families and groups and can accommodate 2 to 4 people with maximum comfort. All our DOMO tents have their own terrace with table and chairs for you to enjoy your meals by the sun.
THE ASGARD
The ASGARD is the little brother of the DOMO. It is the ideal option for two people and the perfect accommodation for you and another favourite person of your choice. The 12.6m² and a headroom of over 2 metres offer enough space for our cosy equipment.
INTERIOR
All our accomodations are decorated with cosy furnishings for your maximum comfort. Every accomodation is equipped with:
- Comfortable single or double beds (80 x 200 cm / 140 x 200 cm), which can also be pushed together to form a double bed.
- Mattress and bed linen (pillows, blankets, covers and sheets)
- Bedside table and a lamp
- Power connection and socket strip (3 x 230V)
- A clothes rack with hanging cupboard and hangers, as well as a table mirror
- 2 UNIQUE Club Outdoor beanbags
- Outdoor carpet
- Wooden terrace in front of the tent with table and benches
- Fan & Cooling box

ACTIVITIES
Take a blacksmithing class or go on a bike ride.
Let Christian take you on a guided tour of the whole farm and enjoy a pizza dinner party once a week. We make sure that there is never a dull moment!
CATERING
The farm shop provides you with delicious, fresh and local products. Cook in our communal kitchen or try the local delicacies that Viehbrook Restaurant Mels has to offer.
SANITATION
Toilets, showers, washbasins, waste disposal facilities, everything directly in the camp and without long distances!
WHEN CAN YOU GIVE YOURSELF A TIME-OUT?
Glamping on the beach at Whitsun? No problem! Our camp is open from 04.07 - 02.09 and on the weekends of Ascension Day (09.05 - 12.05) and Pentecost (17.05 - 20.05).

There really is a lot to discover near Viehbrook Farm!
Explore the beautiful, natural surroundings, jump into one of the many lakes in the area, or visit one of the wildlife parks in the region.
If you don't want to go completely on your own, you can get to know Schleswig Holstein from the water in a very relaxed way on the guided 5-lake cruise.
Would you rather be on land than water?
At the Draisinenfreunde Mittelholstein (trolley friends of central Holstein), you can move at your own pace on a disused railway line through idyllic fields, meadows and forests with the help of a bicycle pedal drive.
