Are there bathrooms at the glamping?
The Domo Camp space has its own toilets and only clients with reserved tents can use them, with exceptions when the event organization decides to use the toilets available in the venue.

Is there security in glamping?
There is security throughout the festival and only glamping customers can enter the reserved space at Domo Camp.

How do I check in?
You can check-in from the first day of your reservation. Just go to the glamping entrance and talk to our reception team.

What is the check-in time on the first day of the festival?
You can enter your tent from 2pm until 10pm on the first day of the festival. Except for exceptions where it is communicated that glamping has a different reception schedule.

What is the check-out time on the last day of the festival?
You have to leave your tent by 2pm.

What are the reception hours for the other days?
Our reception is open between 10am and 7pm, with exceptions when it is communicated that glamping has different reception hours.
If you need to check-in outside our reception hours please contact us in advance so we can help you.

What is the check-out time for the remaining days?
You can check out of your tent during reception hours, i.e. from 9 am until 1 pm.

Is the festival ticket included in the glamping stay?
Booking Domo Camp only guarantees you access to our space and accommodation in our tents. The ticket must be purchased separately on the platforms for this purpose, with rare exceptions when it is communicated that the glamping and the ticket are sold as a Pack.

What equipment is included in the tents?
You can find all the equipment that is included in our tents at the time of booking.

Can you cook on glamping?
The safety rules and conduct of the festival and civil protection do not allow the use of fires and stoves for cooking. You must use the festival's own spaces intended for this purpose.

Is there wi-fi/internet?
The glamping does not include wi-fi or internet.

Can I choose the place for my tent?
The allocation of tents is done randomly by our reception team, and when you arrive at the glamping site your tent will already be waiting for you.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are possible at any time. All returns will be reduced by 2.5% + 15€ for processing and payment fees.
The following cancellation deadlines apply:
- For cancellations made more than 28 days before the event start date, 100% of the invoiced amount (less processing and payment processing fees) will be refunded if it has already been received on our account.
- For cancellations made less than 28 days, inclusive, before the event start date, there is no refund possibility.
- All refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days.
