1. COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

We collect, process and use your personal data primarily to conclude and process contracts (in particular the rental of mobile accommodation to accommodate people to visitors to festivals and other events). We also collect, process and use your personal data to enable you to use our offer, to provide you with information about our offer via newsletter, as well as to tailor our offer and continuously improve it.

a. Inventory data

Your personal data, insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of a contractual relationship (inventory data), is collected and used exclusively for the processing of any contracts concluded between us and the provision of our services.

We need the personal data you provide (title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) in particular to process bookings for our offer and to process individual inquiries.

Any further use of your inventory data for advertising purposes requires your express consent (see newsletter section 6).

b. Usage data

The personal data collected, processed and used by us that are necessary to enable the use of our offer (usage data) are, in particular, the characteristics for identifying you as a user, information about the beginning and end and the scope the respective use and information about the pages and services used by you as a user within our offer.

As a rule, you do not actively provide us with this data; collected passively by your visit to our offer. This is done primarily through the use of cookies (for more information, see section 4 below) and primarily serves to analyze and improve our offer.

2. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contract or the provision of our services, we are legally obliged to do so or you have consented to the data transfer.

If we use the help of business partners to collect, process and use your data, this is done in the context of so-called order data processing. In the case of order data processing, we, as the client, conclude an order data processing contract with a business partner (so-called contractor), which includes an obligation to maintain data protection. 5.1 PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are saved on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

5.2 PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE USE OF THE CONVERSION MEASUREMENT WITH THE “VISITOR ACTION PIXEL” FROM FACEBOOK

On this website we use the “visitor action pixel” from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). In this way, the behavior of users can be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This procedure is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and can help to optimize future advertising measures. The data collected is anonymous to us, so it does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. 5.3 PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE USE OF INSTAGRAM

Functions of the Instagram service are integrated on our website. These functions are offered by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. We use Heap Analytics, a web analysis service from Heap Analytics, Inc., 116 Natoma St., San Francisco, CA 94105, USA ("Heap Analytics"). Heap Analytics uses cookies to enable analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by a cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Heap Analytics server in the USA and stored there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Heap Analytics will not be merged with other data from Heap Analytics. 6. NEWSLETTER

You will only receive our newsletter if you have agreed to receive it in advance. The declaration of consent can be given as part of an order process or it is given with a separate subscription to our newsletter. Your consent is completely voluntary and you can revoke it at any time by sending an email to datenschutz@domo-camp.org. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter here (LINK). We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to document the newsletter consent and to prevent misuse of your data. This procedure ensures that the recipient also wants to receive our newsletter. For this purpose, after you have registered, you will receive an email in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive our newsletter. If you do not comply with this request within 24 hours by clicking a confirmation link, your registration will be automatically deleted. We will only send you our newsletter after you have received confirmation.
